*Inperson courses (UK only):
PacesAhead is almost equivalent to Passpaces.
Both are good enough but I am in favour of PacesAhead due to its environment. It is more friendly adn relax. Both have nearly similar cases.
I took Passpaces in my first attempt and PacesAhead in current attempt.
Overall
PacesAhead>Passpaces>>Paces4u
I attended paces4 u in previous attempt, it was a 2 days course. It was cheaper and good enough but in my opiniom it was no where near pacesAhead/passPaces.

*Online practice
Its very important to practice communication and consultantions with others. You can make a group and give scnerios to each other.
*Besdside practice
Most important—see real patients in hospital wards (Cardio, Neuro, Stroke, Resp, Renal, COE). Work in pairs/groups, time yourselves, compare findings with notes/investigations, and seek feedback from registrars if possible.
